La Veranda Restaurant
and American Bar
The hotel's La Veranda restaurant is a bright sunny space, with sky blue ceramic tiles and white furniture, where buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The cuisine is inspired by the great Mediterranean and Neapolitan gastronomic traditions, with the addition of a number of superb international specialities, to suit all palates.
The menus vary according to the season so as to offer dishes prepared using only the freshest and most genuine of ingredients. Olive oil, garlic, and chilli pepper, ingredients which have come to symbolise Neapolitan cuisine, enhance the flavours of the fish, seafood, meat, and vegetables used in culinary creations which never fail to tantalise the taste-buds.
The cellar houses a number of white and red wines from the Campania region's most acclaimed wine producers, as well as an excellent selection of Italian wines.
The neo-classical American Bar, facing the garden, features the same typical tilework and light yellow and white colour scheme. Combined with the terrace at the hotel entrance, it's the ideal place for an aperitif whilst enjoying watching the passers-by, but also for a quiet coffee or tea, a light lunch or a snack in between meals.
